Refund Policy for Musculo

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services and digital products provided through the Musculo app. By using the Musculo app, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1.    General Refund Guidelines
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except as specifically outlined in this policy. Users or creators will not receive any refunds for purchases.
For monthly subscriptions, users may only change their subscription starting in the next payment period. This process effectively cancels the subscription for the following cycle without refunding the current period’s payment.
2.    Non-Refundable Services and Digital Products
Refunds are not available for the following:
•    Workouts: Single workout purchases are non-refundable.
•    Programs: Programs of fixed durations (e.g., 2 weeks) are non-refundable.
•    Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
•    Premium Creator Subscriptions: Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
•    Downloaded Digital Products: Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable, except when not delivered as prescribed by the creator.
3.    Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
•    If a service or product is not delivered as described.
•    If a creator fails to maintain a program according to the agreed schedule.
•    If a creator cancels a program.
In such cases, Musculo reserves the right to withhold payment to the creator.
4.    Refund Process
To request a refund under the circumstances outlined above, users must:
•    Submit the request via email to musculo.program@gmail.com or through the Feedback or Reports sections in the app.
•    Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting evidence such as screenshots.
•    Requests without sufficient information or proof will be denied.
5.    Refund Timelines
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used, particularly for specific or unusual payment methods.
6.    Customer Responsibilities
Users must meet the following criteria to maintain eligibility for a refund:
•    Provide accurate information during the purchase process.
•    Not violate the app’s Terms of Service.
•    Submit all required information and proof when requesting a refund.
7.    Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Musculo is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools or platforms, such as payment processors or analytics tools. Users should contact musculo.program@gmail.com for assistance with third-party issues before submitting a refund request.
8.    Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests
Musculo reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud. Examples include:
•    Multiple refund requests for similar issues.
•    Requests lacking sufficient evidence.
•    Evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit the refund process.
9.    Special Considerations
Refunds for custom services or bespoke programs will only be considered under prior agreement. Intellectual property-related services, such as workout or program creation, are generally non-refundable and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
